Ayaan Hirsi Ali wasnt the only person Brandeis wanted to bestow with an honorary degree this year, but she was the only one university officials abandoned under pressure. Among the four persons still scheduled to receive commencement honors at Brandeis this year is New York Times executive editor Jill Abramson, writes Bruce Bawer.
