(ASLP) I, II & III Year Supplementary Examinations November/ December 2014 #OsmaniaUniversity ---------- N O T I F I C A T I O N The last date for payment of examination fee and submission of application forms for B.Sc.(ASLP) I,II & III Year Supplementary Examinations to be held in November/ December 2014 at their respective colleges is 10.11.2014. FEE SCHEDULE: For three or more papers . 970/- + 50/- for Memo Up to two papers . 510/- + 50/- for Memo I,II& III Yr For Improvement each paper . 300/- + 50/- for Memo NOTE: 1. Separate application forms should be submitted for each year of Examination. 2. The exact date of commencement of the examinations and detailed time-table will be notified later. 3. The examination fee once paid by the candidate will not refunded in any case. 4. The Director, ALIYAVARJUNG National Institute for the Hearing, Handicapped Secunderabad, The Principal, SWEEKAR Rehabilitation Institute for Handicapped, Secunderabad , The Director, HELENKELLER’S Institute of Research&Rehabilitation for the Disabled Children,R.K.Puram,Secunderabad.The Principal Sweekar College, Tandur are requested to : a. Note that the University has decided to accept the payment of Examination fee through Core Banking System from the Colleges under Osmania University Jurisdiction under no circumstances Demand drafts will be accepted. b. The Colleges maintaining their account with the branch of State Bank of Hyderabad, can remit the fees through the same branch for credit of Registrar Osmania University Exam Fee Fund A/c No. 52198262033 maintained with Osmania University Branch of State Bank of Hyderabad. c. In case the College is maintaining its account with any Bank other than State Bank of Hyderabad, is required to transfer the fee amount through RTGS for credit into Registrar Osmania University Exam Fee Fund A/c No 52198262033( SBH, O.U Branch, IFSCode “SBHY0020071”). d. After remitting the examination Fee into the Registrar, Exam Fee Fund Account through Core Banking System the colleges can obtain a receipt from the Bank and submit the same to the Exam Branch along with Examination forms. e. Hence, collect the Examination fee as per the schedule from the candidates at the college and remit to the account on the date given below and obtain the Consolidated receipt from the bank by 17.11.2014. 5. Submit all the Application forms along with the I. Consolidated fee receipts obtained from the SBH Bank. (In no case individual receipts submitted by students will not accepted). II. Nominal Rolls (One Copy): Prepare the nominal rolls batch – wise and Hall Ticket number wise and submit the copy with EAF forms. The examination application forms submitted by the Principal/Directors should tally with the nominal rolls. Any name without application cannot be considered. 6. Instruct the students to enclose the Xerox copies of Memorandum of marks of earlier Examination. 7. Application forms with all the above requirements should reach the Examination Branch, O.U on or before 20th November, 2014. A penal fee 500/- will be collected per day from the college on applications received after 20th November, 2014. 8. This notification is available on Website 218.248.1.178 & Osmania.ac.in.
