BEAUTY SALON MANAGER - LIVERPOOL ABOUT THE COMPANY: Our client Fresh Nails and VT Beauty Liverpool is an established Beauty salon located in Macquarie Street, Liverpool, NSW. They are seeking a highly experienced Beauty Salon Manager to join their team. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The beauty salon provide a complete range of Beauty and Nail services including all the latest techniques and treatments. You will be joining a professional and dedicated team dealing with full service beauty services in waxing, nails and make up and skin-care aesthetics. You will be a well-experienced fully qualified Beauty Salon Manager who will be in charge of organizing and controlling the operations of a beauty salon. We are looking for someone who is well presented, experienced and passionate about good skin care, wellness and beauty. The beauty salon manager will working alongside other beauty therapists, additionally looking after marketing, promotions, emails, website and social media. LIST OF DUTIES BUT NOT LIMITED TO: Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards Promote the Companys image though all media e.g. advertising, trade shows to increase Companys reputation and client count. Be responsible for recruitment, selection, training and supervision of staff Discipline and guide all members of staff to create a positive working atmosphere for the benefit of both staff and clients. Maintain and constantly review client service standards. Ensure beauty salon cleanliness and maintenance is in keeping with the companys general policy on services. Ensure that maintenance jobs are carried out and paid for from petty cash. Encourage and motivate all staff to maximum potential, both technically and professionally for their individual benefit and future growth of the company.Upselling various products to clients when performing treatments Meeting Sales Targets WHAT YOU WOULD POSSESS: Experience and skills to satisfy the aforementioned requirements A relevant trade qualification; Excellent communication skills; ability to speak an additional language will be advantageous Professional, well presented and strong communication skills Knowledge and experience in wide range of beauty treatments Well groomed and possess great customer service & selling skills. A background in Beauty Therapy and retail Competent in PC platforms Own reliable motor vehicle Good reference from previous employers WHAT YOU WOULD GET: A full-time position Some weekend work will be required Competitive annual salary HOW TO APPLY?
