BREATHE Take a break for a moment and breathe. Breathe. Come into your body. Breathe and open and let go of any anxiety. Feel your feet on the ground. Breathe. Imagine that you let go of anything thats keeping you small. You are not small. Breathe. Let go of your small ideas. Your fixed small ideas of who you are. You are big. Big in your energy. Big in your power. Big in your capacity for love. Believe it. And breathe out anything in the way of this un-limiting belief. Feel better?
