BRINDLE IS BEAUTIFUL - SARKAR FOR ADOPTION Once upon a time, several large dogs thought they ruled a beautiful neighbourhood in Chennai. Then, along came a sprightly little puppy, trotting confidently on his fragile, super-quick legs and winning peoples hearts like it was a piece of cake. We dont know where he came from, perhaps he dropped from the sky, he was wearing a little red collar and was one of the cutest things we had ever seen. And so he was named Sarkar meaning owner of the land. Sarkar is a petite brindle puppy of about 3-4 months. Hes smaller in size that most pups his age. He has beautiful eyes and always wears a coy, endearing expression. This little man does some funny things: - Feeding time? Prepare for the mighty frenzy of the petite one. He gets so excited when youre about to feed him that hell hop all over the place and jump off stairs( perhaps he thinks of it as jumping off a cliff) with his little legs flailing. He will still land only at your knee level. - When food is served, Sarkar dashes in 5 different directions to check out the contents of the other dogs bowls ( just to make sure I havent given them something more delicious) before returning to his own bowl and starting to eat. - Sarkar is already a cute little intimidating guard dog. I have several large dogs at home but when something seems amiss, Sarkar is always the first one to sound the alarm in that adorable, high-pitched puppy voice of his. Hes a protective little man. - Dont ever make the mistake of sitting down on the floor, with your back to Sarkar, and petting another dog. Sarkar knows how to get your undivided attention. In no time, hell climb your back, sit on your shoulders and get working on your head like a little monkey. - Oh and trips to the vet arent Sarkars favourite thing to do. And he seems to think it will make things better if he bends his head and avoids eye contact with the vet. A vet may easily handle a Rottweiler but be challenged by Sarkar.
