BROAD MIGHT BE RESTED FOR NEXT MATCH BECAUSE OF OLD KNEE PROBLEM....It has been reported that Stuart Broad may be rested from the fourth Test against India at Old Trafford after his chronic knee problem has flared up. With James Anderson given a clean chit over the Shovegate fracas with Indian all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja, the England team management are said to be giving serious consideration. to the idea of resting Broad, mirror.co.uk has reported. The 28-year old has been battling tendonitis in his right knee and it has been said he needs hot baths in the middle of the night to just allow him to get over severe pain and have a peaceful sleep. Broad has been playing with pain for the entire length of the series but coach, Peter Moores, is said to be concerned over the fitness of his star bowler. Broad has previously missed limited overs matches against Sri Lanka and West Indies with the same problem.
