BURPEES!!! everyone wants to know how i lost fourty plus pounds. This is one major part in it besides diet. This is called BURPEES..NAVY SEAL STYLE so this is all cardio. Each rep has three push ups and two leg movements to coincide with the push up at the same time. I do 100 straight and aim for seven and a half minutes or if i feel lazy almost nine minutes. So try this at sets of ten and take a one minute rest and do another. Or if your a bad ass do a hundred straight and record your time. I have done these for eleven months three to five times a week.
