About the Division With close to 800 globally connected professionals, the Consulting practice of Deloitte in Southern Africa is one of the largest consulting firms in the global Deloitte Consulting business. Consulting offers services in four key areas: Strategy & Innovation Human Capital Technology (including Enterprise Applications) Business Process Services About the Job: Be able to analyse relationships between data; Have experience with writing analytical queries; Be proficient in Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint; Should be able to understand the fundamentals of programming; Have good problem resolution skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills and fluency in written and spoken English is a prerequisite; Strong analytical skills; Travel local and international. Qualifications: · If no experience then desired qualification will be minimum qualification required. · A tertiary qualification is a prerequisite; preferably in a mathematical, statistical, business or IT related field; Personal Attributes: · If no qualification then desired experience will be minimum experience required. · Not less than 1 years’ experience in a consulting environment; · Programming and data analytics experience; · Candidate would be at an advantage if they have proficient knowledge of SAS and / or Microsoft Office and SQL. · Independent, self-motivator; · Ability to pay attention to detail; · Must be able to work to strict deadlines, and work on different projects simultaneously; · Good interpersonal skills; · Be contactable at all times during office hours; · Take responsibility for work supervised or performed; · Maintain a professional business image in accordance with Deloitte dress code policy; · Display good time management skills and awareness.
