Based on the idea of Bi-Bip, the legendary French 2CV that tried (in vain) to finish a complete Dakar rally, Mr. Frank Elsermans (Belgium) will try to complete the 7 stages of Libya Rally 2014 with a 1-engine, 2 cylinder, 602 cc Citroën 2CV. We were so sceptic and yet so enthousiastic about the idea that we promised him to fully reimburse the registration fee if he could manage to complete all stages. Anyone else with a 2CV up for the challenge?
