Bear chair day. 9.am We are all up and excited and waiting for Bears chair to arrive. 10.am Still no sign of the chair. come on hurry up. 1045.am Knock on the door. Screams of excitement. 10.46 am told we have to wait for man to come and fit Bears seat. 11.35. am still waiting for the man to fit Bears sit to the chair. 11.55 am still waiting. 12.15 am still waiting. 12.35. We are told that the man to fit the seat will not be coming and that we will have to wait till the 15-8-2014 which can not happen as Bear should be on Holiday and the next date would be late September. Devastated tears all round as what should be a happy day is ruined by one companys lack of communication. 12.45 pm Desperate and frantic calls being made to sort out the problem. What is going on! Told that a man will be coming form Sheffield to fit seat 12.55 pm We take Bears chair from the van. We are all happy. 15.30 pm Waiting for the man to come from Sheffield. 16.00 pm Man arrives, happiness all round. 16.10 pm Told that the seat DOES NOT fit the chair. What the F**K IS GOING ON. 16.25 PM IS IT TIME TO NAME AND SHAME?
