Becki and Hunter (with the help of an influential family member) scattered some of CJs ashes at Lackland AFB. Means so much to us as our time watching CJ graduate from basic training at Lackland are some of our best memories. even though Lackland would be the 4th location we have spread CJs ashes at, it never becomes less emotional and tearful for either one of us. We both dissolve into a long hug and tears afterwards. We always tell CJ how much you, his Dad and Connor love and miss him. And that you are sorry. But I also always end with the plea that he needs to help his Mom move on and to help you know that this was never your fault. Had CJ lived to be 100 years old and a millionaire, he could never have gotten to all of the places your love has sent him. There is no ocean, no wind, no mountain, no continent, no place on earth that you could go to now that has not been touched by CJ in some way. And how many millions of hearts now have a section of them devoted just to CJ forever. He will not be forgotten. He will never be unloved. He is everywhere. Surrounding you and all of us with love. What better legacy could you have ever given to your son? Becki
