Been following the political developments and punditry with keen interest, and exercised great restrain. Given the level of intensity, it is clear that this election is the most important election in the history of Dominica thus far. Clearly, the country is at a crossroad, one path spiraling into darkness, corruption, nepotism, cronyism, culture of dependency, chipping away of democracy, autocratic governance, disrespect for rule of law, importation of voters, and quasi dictatorship. The other path provides the prospect of change, hope, opportunities and possibilities. Given that I reside in the diaspora, am not eligible to vote, and would NEVER accept a free plane ticket to impose a government on a people. I endorse the UWP candidate for Wesley, and encourage those who are eligible to cast their vote and support the UWP.
