Been going to Uncle Jacks Steakhouse on and off since it opened. I particularly had some great evenings there when it first opened and had the pleasure then to meet Wilie Degel. Last week I ran into some unexpected glitches, things that sometimes happen, even at the best locations in the city, of which this is one. Management here wants you to be happy and they made certain that my guests and I were taken care of properly and efficiently. Thats what separates an average restaurant from a great one, one that you want to return to because you know things will go well.
