The hours are staggered, some come in early and leave a little early, some come in later and leave a little later but the customer service lines are open from 9am - 6pm, many work from about 8:30 to 5:00 others work from 10:00 - 6:30 just depending on peoples schedule. The office is nice, everyone has a personal cubicle (its not a call center bull pen) and they are looking for good people immediately.
