Beginners Adventure Tour Rocky Topper Did you make any New Year’s resolutions for 2015? Looking for a hobby that can also keep you in shape, enjoy nature, and exploration? Our adventure tours might be for you! Located less than 10 miles from McMinnville, TN, Cumberland Caverns offers the Rocky Topper – normally a group tour – adventure on Saturdays @ 1pm – no reservations needed. Excellent for the novice, our tour takes you through a two hour journey through crawl-ways and cave trails where you might get a little muddy through Bubble Gum Alley, crawl through the Lemon Squeeze and the Devil’s Backbone where your professional guide will show you the ins and outs of safe cave exploration along with a lot of history. This is an excellent way to add some excitement to your weekend whether you are camping at Rock Island or Fall Creek Falls or just looking to do something as a family. The cost is $30 per person and children must be at least six years old and accompanied by a parent/guardian. Wear old clothes and you might want gloves and knee-pads.
