Being a teacher has its merits, that I cannot deny, however there are some parents who make you reconsider your career choice. Today I came across a comment from a parent, whose child was in my class for 3 months before being transferred to another school, personally offending me in the most slanderous manner. This parent in particular criticised my teaching because I sent her child to the headteacher after crying for 20 minutes straight in the most annoying manner because he had lost 10 minutes from his break time as punishment for teasing another child. God knows how many times I had to wipe her sons nose and sit him on the teachers desk so that hed stop whining and sit with him during my rare breaks to catch up on work hed missed to absence and carelessness. 7asbeya allah.
