McDonalds has worse customer service than a prison cafeteria. 1.Ordered-5 medium lattes 2.Received-5 small and told hatefully that when you order that many, you get one size. but still get to pay for the medium. 3,Next step- call manager and explain the situation 4.Response- silence 5. My response- are u there? 6.His response- I dont know what you want me to say. I can tell you that I Was NOT lovin it. Rude, obnoxious, disrespectful and ignorant. If you EVER encounter this at one of our our Subways, please contact me ASAP. Truly the poorest customer experience I have ever had.
