Below is an email announcement for Health Care meetings. Hi Team, This is a reminder that United Healthcare and Guardian will be visiting us tomorrow (6/26) and Thursday (6/27). United Healthcare is our medical provider and Guardian covers the following plans for Monroe employees: Life Insurance, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, Dental & Orthodontia Insurance, Vision Insurance, Employee Assistance Program, Travel Insurance and Basic Will Prep services. United Healthcare will be in the 8:30 Morning Meeting Trailer at 4:00PM on Wednesday, June 26th and Guardian will be at the same location at 4:00PM on Thursday, June 27th. We are encouraging all employees who are able to attend the meetings, to come learn more about: how your respective portion of the Monroe benefit plans work and extra services that are provided that you may not know about. The meetings should last approximately one hour each. The meetings will be taped for those who cannot make it, but now is the time to speak directly to the insurance carriers. We are raffling off some items to those who attend the meetings. Also, we will offer blood pressure screenings, health materials/documents in the room connected to where the 8:30 morning meeting is held.
