I pay Bigpond to retain all my emails.... The idiots are happy to charge me the money to do so, but when they cancel the service, they delete all the emails and then the best of all, tell me I can never get those email addresses again as they are gone.. Finito.... WHAT A BUNCH OF MONEY GRABBING INCOMPETENT 3RD WORLD IDIOTS.... This is Australia is it not, a 1st World country or am I confused... Do english speaking people not understand English anymore. Is that what has happened here. And then I have to talk to an Indian call centre to solve my problems which they cannot of course.
