Billy is our heart break dog. He is 8 yrs old and still carries his little toy around. He is great with female dogs but not good with cats and can sometimes be a bit funny about his food with other male dogs but he was so thin when he came I dont blame the poor soul. He is a medium size lightly built collie. He has one tooth removed that was broken in front, but thats gives him more character. He is very gentle on his lead and well mannered in the house. All he wants to do is play with his toys all day. So far, nobody has even looked at him twice or offered him a home. Is there anyone anywhere who would give him a chance? I adore him and I know he would melt the heart of a stone, I just need to find the right human for him and make his dream come true. Will you all help me?
