Black men who have been trained by the military and others. You all remember the black man who was shot after turning into his vehicle to get his license upon the cops instructions. This video is one of the reasons why (on top of outright racism). This video is shown to cops in training. Black men who served in the military know that this Vietnam veteran killed the cop by using combat tactics. He used vertical and horizontal movement, while the cop stayed in one fixed position. The vet would fire his gun to keep the cop defensive and then move to the side. Thats why the cop screamed when he saw the man unexpectedly in the passenger side of his vehicle. In a gun fight you never stay in a fixed position. Also, the vet used suppressive fire. Basically thats firing multiple shots while moving. When somebody is being fired on they are in fear of getting hit and will be fixed in a defensive position without firing. He kept firing and moved towards his target. This is one of the reasons cops are soo quick to shoot. This happened in 1998.So never make any sudden movements with cops and never reach inside your vehicle if youre standing outside of it.
