Block Coordinators Centre for Integrated Development Location: Gwalior Division, Madhya Pradesh About Organization-: Center for Integrated Development (CID) found its origin in the Northern part of Madhya Pradesh where roots of rapid distress can be found everywhere especially among deprived and vulnerable section of the society. The organization is an outcome of joint effort led by group of socially sensitive people and citizens against the forces, which promote such structures. The organization came into its legal existence in 1992 and simultaneously has been working with community at the grass root level for ensuring egalitarian society where every body is having equal right and equal voice in deciding and managing their resources. Project Back ground -: Project title is “Implementing on-ground communication activities targeted at caregivers in Madhya Pradesh”. This project aim is to prevent morbidity and mortality due to diarrhea by promoting the use of zinc tablet / syrup and ORS solution (Low-Osmolarity ORS) as first line treatment thereby leading to improve child survival in Madhya Pradesh Title of the post -: Block coordinator No. of Positions-: 14 Qualification-: Having PG in Social work , Social sciences or any discipline with minimum one year experience. Responsibilities-: • Coordinating with key stakeholders for attaining the project objectives. • Liasoning with block and district level officers for effective and timely response. • Preparing monthly report and data analysis and timely submission to organization.Ensuring the correctness of data and information furnished in various reports. • Facilitating block level trainings and meeting for staff and block level service providers. • Maintaining the programmatic records and files. • Build up working relationships with RMPs, ASHA sahyogni etc. • Conducting progress review of on monthly basis and ensuring the corrective measures. • Participating in block and district level meeting to share issues with Govt. Departments. • Finalizing monthly Quantitative and qualitative report and submitting to organization. • Furnishing monthly financial reports and submitting to Organization.
