Board Discussion tonight --- Communication went well ... We do have fiscal challenges and they do have to be communicated and discussed. We have multiple programs .... the Cadets, Cadets 2, XCAPE ... programs that cost great deal of money. To fund these requires Fund raising, Merchandising, Sponsorship programs, event management, and much more. These challenges need to be reported to the board, talked about in committees ... and acted upon. TONIGHT .... we had some of those discussions. Then .. Visual Team Discussion. Good Talk. Looking deep inside to see who we are and who we want to be. I like the talk. it gets uncomfortable, but the talk has to be had. Thanks to all for staying up late. Hop
