Melissa says, We need to change the way we look at our loyal customers and the way we chat with them. We share the 3 month commitment so they understand clearly, but what we want to stress to them and really love on them about is ALL of the amazing benefits of being a loyal customer. You control your perspective and the way that you talk to them gives them there perspective. If you say, You only need to purchase for 3 months and then you can discontinue your account. That is what they will do. Your perspective NEEDS to be: I would love to share with you all the benefits of being a loyal customer; our perk points system, wholesale pricing and the waived $50 membership few and we offer you a referral program for free wraps and at 6 months as a loyal customer we will give you 50 FREE perk points, and then again at 12 months we will give you 150! What kind of company gives away FREE things?! I know you will love it because the Greens (or whatever product) you are ordering will make you feel or look like a million bucks because it did for me. Its a self-fulfilling prophecy thing...speak the words in a confident manner that result in positive outcome. We have to show them the way, they trust us to lead them to a life of better looking and better living. Then I went back to my former loyal customers who have since turned their a/s off...12 messages were sent, and 5 people are turning them back on. Why? Again, because we have new products they need to try that we didnt while they were a customer. They are at a new time in their life, summer is here, swimsuit season, somebody is always in a wedding. Theyre no longer pregnant, and they just complained of joint pain after running that race last weekend. For example...Hey Susie, I saw that youre back at the gym for your sisters wedding in August. I know you mentioned you need to get back to a healthy lifestyle and youre trying to grow your hair out for the updo in the wedding.
