Bout to drop some gym knowledge. More and more i see people talking about spending 3-4 hours at the gym. I have one thing to say and that is...LOL....go in there and have an intense 60-90 minute session and its more than enough. After an hour or so your testosterone levels start to drop and your body releases cortisol to deal with the stress. Cortisol actually harms your muscle building. Its not the amount of time you spend, its about the amount of effort you put in during that time.
