Box Jumps: 1) This is an awesome workout that will burn a lot of calories. 2) when you jump up onto the box it works on your core. Done consistently it will really strengthen up your abs. 3) it also works on your, hamstrings, quads, and glutes (so your entire leg) when you squat down to jump, when you squat when you land on the box and when you land back down on the ground. 4) you dont have to be like me and try and go for an extreme hight.
