Branch Operations Officers The operations officer through teamwork will effectively handle the operations functions at the Branch level. Key Duties Ensures branch operational activities run smoothly and efficiently; Provide leadership, training and limited supervision within the branch; Promote business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate personnel for new services; Checking, authorizing and confirming all entries in accordance with the laid down procedures. Perform limited supervisory duties as assigned by the Branch Manager, and may perform in various capacities, such as a new accounts representative, teller, or safe custody and deposits attendant as appropriate. Minimum Qualification and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field Up to 2 years banking experience as a bank officer. Should have thorough knowledge of banking operations. Should be honest and of unquestioned integrity. Should be attentive to detail. Have an excellent interpersonal, organizing and people management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
