**Ex-CAG Mr.Vinod Rais interview with Mr.Arnab Goswami, spilling the beans on the 2G, CWG, Coalgate and civil aviation scams.** I had quoted extracts from the interview in below paras. What a nice way to serve India! Kudos to Ex-CAG Mr.Vinod Rai, This man of high integrity not only maintained his self esteem but also tried that Constitutional office dignity was well maintained. In this interview He knows each and every meeting through reports, Transcripts and exact dates. I hope future generation understand real meaning of serving rather than false people acknowledgement & been in power/news. Further We need to conclude one thing From the books of Mr. Sanjay Baru, Mr.Parakh, Mr.Natwar Singh and now Mr. Vinod Rai, it is clear that all the scams that took place during UPA Regime were within the knowledge of Dr.Manmohan Singh and he deliberately allowed them to happen. He was hand in glove. Now can this current Govt. form a Committee of legal experts to find out omissions and commissions by the EX-PM and the PMO officials, The question is Can the current Government file FIRs against him and arrest them all ? ----------------- Revelations made by the Ex-CAG , exposes the fact that Congress led UPA Government ignored countrys interest, Public interest & to remain in power ignored business ethics, hence proved the government never worked democratically. The Government was not for the / by the /of the people of India , but was only for corrupt persons. ------------------ *Extracts from interview* -> [ In an interview wiith Mr.Arnab Goswami of the Times Now, Mr. Rai has revealed that The EX PM MMS knew about all scams and preferred to keep quite.On 2G scam, he did not act when Mr. Raja sent a letter to him on the wrong procedure followed. Even Mr. Kamalnath , a congress minister that time, indicated the wrong doings by Mr..Raja, then also MMS preferred to remain silent. Its also clear that how Mr. Maran whote a letter to PM as asked Pricing of spectrum should not be within the terms of Group of Ministers, -- On the coal scam Mr.Rai and Mr. Pranab , then FM and now the President met MMS and told him on the wrong doings on allocation when only the draft CAG report was in the Parliament . MMS again remained silent and did nothing. MPs under Public Accounts Committee(PAC) tried to influnce CAG, The members were Mr. Sanjay nirupam, Mr. Aswini kumar, Mr.Sandeep Diskshit wanted to keep PMs named out of this report. It clearly established that these MPs agreed to the reports of Coal scam and they were hell bent for asking removing the name of Ex-PM from the report. -- On the CWG scam, it was Dr.MMS who made the Mr. Kalmadi the head of the organising committee with all powers- that subsequently facilitated Kalmadi to embezzle thousands of crores along with others. All the scams end at the PMOs door and the buck stops there, however, having known the MMS and his honesty he was in fact acting on the directions of some one- and the some one belonged to 10 Janpath. -- Mr. Praful Patel wanted the Air India to buy 68 air crafts when the Board had decided to buy only 28 or so. Mr.Patel influenced the Board to change the decision and the tax payers had to spend an additional 38000 cr due to that. It was well established how civil aviation minister Mr.Praful Patel nudged Air India to try and get more planes.
