Brian Jovanovic Tuesday, June 24, 2014 11:05 AM Brian Jovanovic, age 34, a lifelong resident of Eagle River, Wis., died Sunday, June 22, 2014, in Marshfield, Wis. He was born Jan. 4, 1980, in Rhinelander, to Pete and Lyn (Seyfert) Jovanovic. Brian graduated from Northland Pines High School in 1998, where he played football. He worked at American Eagle Concrete. He loved to ride his motorcycle, go ice fishing, and hang out with his friends. He loved the outdoors, gardening, traveling and spending time with his nieces and nephews. He considered his three dogs his kids, Lily, Zoey and Ava. He was a very active member in Narcotics Anonymous and enjoyed doing activities with the organization. Brian was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Oma and Opa Jovanovic; maternal grandfather, Jack Seyfert Sr.; and his nephew, Alic Jovanovic. He is survived by his parents, Pete Jovanovic and Lyn Seyfert; brothers, Eric Jovanovic of Eagle River, and Pete Jovanovic of Chicago, Ill.; sisters, Carmen Jovanovic of Appleton, Wis., and Jackie Jovanovic-Rogers of Illinois; nieces and nephews, Alexis Rogers, Madesen Jovanovic, Robin Rizzo and Cole Jovanovic; and numerous other family and great friends. A funeral service will be held at 8 p.m. on Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home in Eagle River. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to the time of the service at the funeral home. Burial will take place 10 a.m. on Saturday, June 28, 2014, at Eagle River Cemetery in Eagle River. Gaffney-Busha Funeral Home is serving the family.
