Heres the Wednesday WOD for TFR CrossFit Wednesday Part A: 90% of max 3x4 Front Squat Part B: 5 rounds 7 Front Squat 95/135 (from the rack) 30 Walking Lunges *20 situp penalty for every break in Front Squat *scale appropriately and if weight is light enough to go from the floor, please use the floor and leave the rack open for others*
