Business Lesson of the Day: Personal Connection. I find that a phone call or a face to face meeting is much better at establishing a personal connection than is an article or post of some kind. Video works OK, but it is not nearly as effective as a conversation. And in my field, the personal connection is crucial. People may buy a training course or educational product just from a website, but they generally dont hire a mentor without feeling the love. What about your business? Are you able to establish a connection and make the sale without a one-on-one conversation? And more importantly, are you able to build one with a face-to-face (or phone to phone) conversation?
