They deserve it, they have put in hard work which has been reflected in their performance. So, they should be benefitted with the bonus, said Dholakiya. The festival of Diwali is for the whole family to enjoy and thus the gifts, he added. In addition to the cars, around 200 employees who had no homes were also gifted houses, while around 500 were presented with jewellery. The employees were deeply touched with this gesture of their employer.
