But it has soy and sucralose in it! - Debbie Downer One thing Ive learned over the past few years is that in regards to nutrition, everyone achieves and maintains progress differently. For me, I struggle with this inner desire to have all or nothing in life. When it comes to food, I typically would either be completely restricted, rarely treating myself ( extremely lean, strong but completely anxious) or grossly relaxed, eating whatever and whenever I wanted. (Not happy with how I look and feel). Both results yielding very different women. Over this past year, as I look back at my lifestyle, I am happy to say that I finally feel Ive met the woman I need to be. The woman in the middle. Yep, the C student..average...more importantly, consistent. Finally understanding that this my way or the highway kool-aid thats passed around the health and fitness community is total bs. Am I passionate about living a healthy lifestyle? YES. Does that mean I dont enjoy sweets and laying around all day? NO. Is any one health and fitness program perfect? OF COURSE NOT. I take the good from the bad and move on now. Finding little things here and there that satisfy my cravings, desire to be lazy for a day or break away from whats expected keep me sustaining this lifestyle far beyond receiving a paycheck or completing some bucket list goal. This year has taught us so much and we are thankful for anyone who helped us along the way. And to products like this protein pudding? Thank you for keeping me sane. That is all~
