By now all of you are aware of the tragic incident that took place at Florida State University early Thursday morning. Senseless acts of violence always leave questions and doubt. As we live and work in a university community based in Florida, the incident strikes a little deeper for us. I would ask in our spirit of community that you join me in praying for all the students, staff, and faculty at FSU, especially those injured and deeply traumatized, as well as their family and friends, in this time of doubt and mourning.
