By popular demand, the recipe for Ritz Chicken: Need: 3 chicken breasts 8 oz. sour cream 1 stick butter 2 cans cream of chicken 2 Tbsp poppy seeds 1 stack Ritz crackers Cook chicken in olive oil (or boil it). Chop into small pieces. Place in casserole Mix sour cream and cream of chicken together in bowl. Pour over chicken in the casserole. Melt butter. Stir in poppy seeds and crushed Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve over pasta or rice or by itself if you want. Serves 4-6.
