ADDM TSA Job Details Bachelor’s degree with a major or minor in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent. 2+ years hands-on systems experience working in a UNIX or Linux shell environment, ideally with a mix of system administration and programming/scripting exposure. Experience with UNIX shell scripting and/or Python is an advantage. Knowledge of typical Enterprise datacenter technologies and processes, network technologies and principles. Some experience of administering Windows environments, particularly with WMI would be an advantage. Knowledge of ADDM CMDB would be an advantage. Experience with SQL or managing and RDBMS would be an advantage. Experience with VMware administration an advantage. • Strong problem solving skills a must; interest in diagnosing and troubleshooting networking, operating system and software issues. Strong organization skills and work ethic; strong verbal and written communications skills, and the ability to manage difficult customer situations with control. Flexibility for alternate work schedules and to work longer hours as needed.
