C.R. Fletcher Associates, Inc. is currently recruiting for CSRs with a growing call center. We are looking for exceptional candidates. Ideal candidates must possess excellent customer service skills, be available to work weekends, holidays and shift work with the possibility of mandatory overtime. Candidates must be able to type a minimum of 40 wpm and be proficient with computer, keyboard and telephone skills. Positions require a minimum of an AS degree or 2-3 years of equivalent experience.
