CELEBRATIONS!!! 1) Fantastic well done to Samantha Taplin GCSEs: 6A stars & 6 As!!! According to scientific research, babies inherit their intelligence from the mother....!!!! ...... I will say no more........ 2) I managed 64 lengths a WHOLE 1 MILE at the pool today alternating Breast Stroke/ Front Crawl lengths... in 40 minutes Caroline Purple Tee & Saianne K B Perry !!! BUT I had a hell of a performance with the LOCKER Mandy Fouracre..... trust me to get the one that will not unlock!! after 20 mins in the company of the lovely Simon... he managed to release the lock.... for one horrible moment I thought I was going to be Aqua-thoning by running out of Exe Valley Leisure Centre in my swimsuit, goggles and hat all the way to Lea Road knocking on Carolines door for some clothes!!!!!! Why oh why oh why cant I ever have a normal day!!!!!! TONIGHT.... Last Kettlercise & Cocahing session.... I am now having a two week break and will be back to classes on Monday 8th September. The new 10 week Absolute Beginners Running Course starts on Thursday 11th September..... Looking at all my runners from last nights Exeter 10km..... well it just shows what everyone CAN DO & is POSSIBLE........
