CEO Office Manager A Leading Mega Laboratory in Egypt Requiring for Immediate Hiring: CEO Office Manager Job Description: •Design and implement office policies. •Establish standards and procedures. •Organize office operations and procedures. •Dealing with all Directors in all departments and Supervise office staff. •Monitor and record long distance phone calls. •Prepare time sheets. Control correspondences. Reviews and approve supply requisitions. Liaise with other agencies, organizations and groups. •Update organizational memberships. •Maintain office equipment and Assign and monitor clerical and secretarial functions. • Handle and coordinate the administrative and technical work for General Manager. •Collect and review reports and action plans from different departments. •Make any required documents using MS Excel and Word Prepare the company presentations using MS PowerPoint. Sends/Receive faxes and E-mails. •Arrange hotel reservation, travel booking visa issue and any related matters. Arrange meetings, coordinate agenda and appointments fixing (Using MS outlook). Draft faxes, minutes of meetings and any required documents using MS Word. •Search the Internet for any information or researches needed.
