CHOCOLATE FROSTING Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup butter (3 stick) soften 1 cup unsweetened cocoa 5 cups confectioners sugar or powdered sugar 1/2 cup milk (liquid) 2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder (optional) INSTRUCTION: > sift the cocoa to remove any lumps > cream the butter until soft and mix on cocoa powder, mix it well. > add sugar and milk to the cocoa mixture, by adding 1 cup of sugar fallowed by a tablespoon of milk., after each addition has been combine mix it in a high speed about a minute. > repeat until the sugar and milk have been added. > add the vanilla and espresso powder and combine well :-) if its to #dry > add more milk (a tablespoon at a time) until it reaches its desire consistency. :-) if its to #wet and doesnt hold its form > add more confectioners sugar ( a tablespoon at a time) until it reaches its desire consistency.. _____end______ Thanks and enjoy
