COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME TWO YEARS DIPLOMA Moffat Bible College Community Development Curriculum PROGRAM OBJECTIVES The Community Development Program aims to train Christian men and women to have a positive and holistic impact on the communities in which they serve. They will be equipped to serve through church-based ministry, private entrepreneurial activities, government civil service, or Non-Governmental Organizations and Community Based Organizations. The program is based on the Kenya Institute of Education Diploma in Community Development and students will be prepared to qualify for the KIE examinations to ensure a standardized academic preparation. In addition students will be well-grounded in basic Bible, Theology, and Practical Ministry courses. All material will be presented from a distinctively Christian perspective. We believe that as students love God and love their neighbors and seek God’s kingdom they will have a transforming effect on their communities, their nation, and their world.
