**** CUTE PUPPY ALERT**** Their owner’s legal issues have landed 10 month old RICO and his companion, 8 year old ROSE CHRECE aka LAYSHA, sitting in cages at Brooklyn ACC. Rose Creche has been this route before but she can’t help her buddy RICO understand why he had to lose everything he knows. Take a look at his intake picture and you’ll see the sadness in his face. And now, unbeknownst to RICO, ACC has decided he’s got to go and theyve put this baby boy on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. His intake medical showed him to have good manners and though no major health issues were found, he seemed underweight. Tonight, Rico needs to find that special person out there who is ready to turn that sadness into a big smile. Now RICO is still a baby and will do baby puppy things for a while—chew, learn when and where to potty, jump and play and run until he’s exhausted. But RICO will look to his new human to show him how a good grown up dog is supposed to behave. And then he promises to give you a gazillion doggie kisses and to always make you proud. If you’re that person, start working on fostering or adopting RICO. At noon tomorrow, RICO will be so happy to get out of that cage—but this time he’ll be gone forever.
