Call Centre Agent x250 - Ekurhuleni Municipality Location: Ekurhuleni, South Africa Closing Date: 26 September 2013 The Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality’s Disaster and Emergency Management Department is looking for a number of Call Centre Agents for its Disaster Management and Communications Unit. Salary: R146 B56 – R190 608 per annum (plus benefits) (Ref. CCA250) Minimum requirements: • Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent qualification • Computer literacy and the ability to type 30 words per minute • Clean criminal record • National Certificate in Contact Centre Operations is preferred • At least 1 year’s working experience in Call Centre environment is preferred • Knowledge of call centre telephony and technology • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions and understand concerns.
