The Reunion Project: Exhibition FIRST FRIDAY GALLERY EXHIBITION As part of The Reunion Project, The Cool School Project is presenting an exhibition showcasing the work of Herron students. ALL Graduates of John Herron School of Art [and Design] from 1902-Present are eligible. The show will be hosted by The Harrison Center for the Arts from November 1st - November 22, 2013. The show will be exhibited in Gallery #2 and Hank and Dolly’s Gallery in the Harrison Center for the Arts. ELIGIBILITY: Graduates of John Herron School of Art [and Design] from 1902-Present SPECIFICATIONS: Two-Dimensional works should arrive ready for installation and display. The Harrison Center for the Arts (HCA) uses the Arawaka Hanging System; see: arwakagrip/solutions/art-hanging For three-dimensional work; HCA pedestals range in sizes from 2’ x 2’ to ~9” x 9” DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES: October 18, 2013 DROP-OFF DETAILS: Art should be brought to HCA on Monday, 10/28/13, between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. [1505 N. Delaware Street / 317-396-3886] If you are unable to deliver on the 28th, please arrange early delivery through Mary at Heartland Printworks [Stutz B100, Capitol Street entrance / 317-544-8484] Deliveries cannot be accepted after the 28th PICK-UP DETAILS: Retrieval of exhibited work will be at HCA on Monday, 11/25/13, between 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M. [1505 N. Delaware Street / 317-396-3886] Unsold artwork that is not picked up within a year of the closing becomes the property of HCA. HCA is not responsible for shipping/packing out-of-town packages. ENTRY FEE: Free PRICING & SALES: Prices listed by the artist must include the 30% commission that HCA retains for all sales. Volunteers will be on site to coordinate sales. HCA will not provide insurance coverage for works being exhibited/transported. For the First Friday gallery opening, HCA will provide publicity postcards and posters, social media promotion, and reception food and wine.
