Called State Farm today to drop the insurance on one of my vehicles (sold it) - this is how easy this company is to deal with. I told them who I was, they remembered me. I told them I sold a vehicle and needed to remove it from my insurance, the guys said dont tell me you sold the jeep?! Yes, I did sell the jeep... He asked when I sold it, gave him the date and then he credited my account. No I did not have to deal with automated garbage, no I did not have to dig for an account number, yes I did get a real person right away and yes their prices are cheaper than the gecko... State Farm is doing it right IMHO.
