Can I have a pp please! I started my current job in jan this year! In april this year I lost my mam quite unexpectedly and have found it quite hard 2 deal with as a found out the day after her funeral that I was pregnant with no2! (She was a great big help and support when my 1st was born and im going to miss that)! So ive been on the sick from work! I work in a private nursery and was due back to work in august! However the manager hasnt gave me any hours (which I understand during the school hols as it is quiet) but dsnt seem as if she is gona give me much when they go back either! Also they havnt ordered my uniform as they say they didnt know what I was doin when on the sick (bearing in mind Id already been there 4 month before it all happened) and it takes a while to be delivered! I go on maternity in dec so im paying for a uniform im not going to get! Im started to get quite stressed as im gettin no wage or anything and just say managing to get through! Also they not being very supportive at all! What I wanted to ask is if I leave does any1 know if ill still get my maternity allowance?? (I know I wont get smp as I havent earned enough with them). Its just all stress that I could really do without or do I just need to stick it out 4 the sake of 4ish months?! Sorry for long post! thanks x
