Cant get this out of my mind, so i have to share it. a couple of months ago, i was scheduled for hand surgery. just before the surgery, i developed an infection in my leg--again. the surgery was cancelled because it was too risky with infection in my body. since then, 2 trustworthy friends and my Mom have all told me how uneasy they are about this pending surgery. today, i met with the surgeon to discuss other options. he offered NO other options. but i found out one thing during that meeting today: had i gone through with that surgery, i might have been badly hurt. i know that i know that i know: God intervened and kept it from happening. last week, i was worried about something that i had no business worrying about. my husband reminded me to trust God about a situation i was facing. that morning, i was almost in an accident when a tractor trailor driver apparently didnt see me and swerved into my lane. because of a tailgater behind me, i couldnt slam on brakes. i screamed, waited, and watched that truck move away from me. the Holy Spirit spoke into my spirit and said, dont you know Who you belong to? TRUST ME. Gods Word tells us to trust Him, when we dont understand. dont look at the situation with our own eyes: look to HIM. ask Him to help you have faith and trust Him with the outcome!
