Cant make it to the gym? At home/ at work/ or outside/ short on time? .. Heres a very simple routine good for beginners onwards working primarily your lower body, but a good all round #fatburner + #fullbody #conditioning. •Squats 15 reps •Front Lunges 10 (each leg) •Clave Raises (go on toes squeeze calves for a second) •Wall-Sit (keep back flat against wall stomach nice and tight remembering to breathe) 45secs-1min •Squats (as many as possible) *i finished on plyometric squat jumps to add intensity. #repeat this workout between 1-3 times, changing reps to suit you (always push yourself though). #michaelevansfitness @brentwood_ff
