Cant run for miles? Just get out there and walk to reduce cancer risk. The known benefits of exercise just keep increasing. Analysis of several studies has shown that walking one hour per day reduced breast cancer risk by about 14% in post-menopausal women. Exercise has also been linked to risk reduction and increased survivorship quality of life for other cancers as well.
