Capital Clash Registration Registration 7:00 am January 31 through February 2 Fencers must check at the Registration desk in front of Hall A The fencer absolutely MUST in their OWN PERSON check in WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS IN HAND. 1) the fencer is required to show a USA Fencing membership card (valid for the current competitive season)*; AND 2) unless the USA Fencing card says it is VERIFIED the fencer is required to show a birth-certificate (copy acceptable) or other government ID showing a birth date; AND 3) the fencer is required to provide a fully-completed waiver form that has been signed by a parent or legal guardian. WAIVER FORM We mean it, a signed waiver form must be presented. To help us speed registration, please download the waiver form, print it, read it, sign it, and bring it to the table with you. This is especially critical if the fencer does not have a parent/guardian at check-in. No one will be allowed to fence without a signed waiver form.
